This application has been updated to reflect the latest 2025 National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT®) guidelines for Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs).

The National Certified EMT cognitive exam is administered as a computer adaptive test (CAT), with candidates typically facing between 70 and 120 questions. The exam comprises 60 to 110 scoring questions based on "real-world" scenarios, along with 10 pilot questions that do not impact the final score. Candidates have a maximum of 2 hours to complete the exam.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price upon renewal.

Subscriptions can be managed, and auto-renewal can be disabled in the Account Settings of iTunes following purchase. Please note that once purchased, refunds will not be granted for any unused portion of the subscription term.
